1. PURGE -your body & your house!
Getting off crack, I mean sugar, is hard and sugar is the hardest thing for your body to process.
Eliminate temptation by cleaning out your cupboards!
Dump all the baked goods, candy and alcohol you have open around the house. If you have some special chocolates or things you can't dump move them to a place or pantry out of site to avoid temptation.
2. Hydration for Elimination!
You need to be incredibly hydrated both internally and topically to be able to move waste out of the body. The skin is a purging organ by design but if you are dry the waste can't move out.
So keeping both hydrated with water inside and moisture on your skin moisturizing your skin-both face and body, allows your skin to function better and do what it needs to do. If your face, your arms your legs are dry— the waste wont be able to move out of your body so easily and can come out in the form of breakouts or even worse rashes in extreme cases.

3. UpLevel your workout. Yes, I know you know you've got to
"Work it out! " You’ve got to move that body! What is more important than longer workout is actually working out! 20-30 minutes a day is fine. Today it’s easier than ever If your time is limited you can simply turn on YouTube and find a video for dance or yoga or pilates or if you are a runner that is the most portable red to go workout around.
Sometimes working out just isn't enough when our bodies are taxed or we want to go further faster or if we are having a hard time breaking habits!
