She helps established women leaders de-age from their stressful lives and regain confidence in themselves so they can become the magnetic face of their business.
For over 2.5 decades, she has studied multiple modalities - everything from Reiki and Breathwork to business and life coach training. Her curious and adventurous nature led her to travel worldwide studying with spiritual teachers and skincare experts in Asia, South America, and Europe.
